2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups Bisquick (or as my Home Ec teacher called it, Master Mix)
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease 9X13 Baking Dish and set aside.
With an electric mixer, beat the first 5 ingredients until smooth and spoon in half of the grated cheese. Mix well.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bacon crumbles (everythings better with bacon!) and bake until cheese melts, another 4-5 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve with additional maple syrup. Enjoy!
