You'll find fried dill pickles are habit-forming.
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk
3 and 1/2 cups flour
1 qt. sliced dill pickles
vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
Combine milk and egg in a bowl. Put the flour in a freezer bag and add salt and pepper. Dip drained pickles in egg mixture and then shake in flour. When pickles are coated well, deep fry in oil until they turn golden brown and float. Drain on paper towels and serve hot in a wax paper lined plastic basket with a side of either ranch or blue cheese dressing.
