Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bisquick

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  • generous dash Italian seasoning

Combine first 3 ingredients. Dough will be sticky.

Drop by heaping spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. ( I use the Olive Oil Pam Spray).

Combine last 3 ingredients; brush evenly over the batter. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 450° until nicely browned.

Mine turned out really well tonight. I basically watched them around 10 minutes in my oven because I like mine lightly golden. Enjoy!!!
