My brothers and I hope to take my parents on a little trip next month to help celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary, but we couldn't let THE DAY go by without a little celebration here at home.
Andy fired up the grill.
And Beth pulled out the butcher knife.
I made the salad.

She trimmed off the skirt steak and slathered it with artichoke dip and cheese, rolled it up tightly, and tied it with string.
He let it rest so the juices could settle.

We toasted the happy couple with Jones cola Blueberry Lemonade.
